Terms of use

CC Autopilot ("the service") is a free, read-only information tool. It shows public market data from third-party exchanges and public blockchain data for addresses you choose to watch. By using it you agree to these terms.

What the service is not

• It is not an exchange, broker, wallet, custodian or investment service. It does not accept deposits, hold funds or crypto-assets, execute orders, or manage portfolios on anyone's behalf.
• It does not offer, promise or pay any return, interest, yield, bonus or referral reward.
• It does not provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice.

Your responsibilities

• You decide what to do with the information shown. Any trade you make happens on a third-party platform under that platform's terms.
• Never enter a seed phrase, recovery words or a private key. The service only ever needs a public address.
• Don't use the service to break the law or to overload third-party APIs.

Reviews

Reviews must describe your own, genuine experience with CC Autopilot. No links, advertising, personal data, wallet addresses or offensive content. Every review is moderated before it is published, and we may decline or remove any review. By submitting one, you allow us to show it on this site.

No warranty

Data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. The service is provided "as is", without any warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of, or reliance on, the service.

Changes

We may change or discontinue the service or these terms at any time. Material changes are noted on this page with a new date.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Privacy notice

We built CC Autopilot to need as little data as possible.

What we don't do

• No accounts, no sign-up, no email collection.
• No cookies for visitors, no advertising trackers, no fingerprinting, no third-party analytics.
• No server-side storage of your settings, watched addresses, webhook URLs or bot tokens.

Analytics (only if you accept)

When you first visit, we ask whether we may count your visit. Only if you click Accept does your browser send us, for each page view or tool action: the page, the website you came from (domain only), device type, browser, operating system, language, and the name of the tool you used (for example "wallet added"). To count unique visitors without cookies we use a code made from a keyed hash of the day, your IP address and browser. It changes every day, cannot be turned back into your IP address, and we don't store the IP address itself. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). The data stays on our own server, is never shared or sold, and is deleted after 13 months. You can change your choice at any time with the round cookie button in the bottom-left corner or "Privacy choices" in the footer. If you decline, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is sent.

Market data we collect

Our server reads public prices from the six exchanges once a minute to build the arbitrage history. This contains no personal data and is kept for 8 days.

Reviews you send us

If you submit a review, we store the name, star rating and text you enter, plus the date. Published reviews are visible to everyone. To stop spam, we briefly keep a keyed hash of your IP address (not the address itself) and delete it after one hour. Reviews that are not published are deleted. To have your review changed or removed, ask us on Discord. The only cookie on this site is a login cookie on the owner's private moderation page; visitors never get it.

What stays in your browser

Your coin selection, fee and alert settings, watched public addresses and their last-seen balances, and your Discord or Telegram alert settings are saved in your browser's local storage so they survive a reload. This is strictly functional storage. You can delete it at any time with the button below, or through your browser settings.

Third parties your browser talks to

To show live data, your browser connects directly to these services, which can see your IP address and the request (for example, which coin or public address is being read):

• Exchange APIs: Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, OKX, Bybit, Gate.io.
• Public blockchain nodes: PublicNode (Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon).
• Only if you turn them on: Discord (webhook) and Telegram (Bot API).

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy. Fonts are self-hosted and load no third-party font service.

Our web host

Like any website, our hosting provider (Hostinger) may keep standard server logs (IP address, time, requested file) for security and operation, for a limited period.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your personal data, and to complain to a supervisory authority (in Croatia: AZOP, azop.hr). Since we don't store personal data on our side, most requests can be fulfilled by clearing your local data. Contact: our Discord server.

Risk disclaimer

• Crypto-assets are highly volatile and can lose all of their value. Only risk money you can afford to lose.
• Spreads shown between exchanges are indicative. They exclude withdrawal fees, network fees, transfer time, slippage, order-book depth and price moves, which usually remove any apparent opportunity. A positive number is not a guaranteed or likely profit.
• Exchanges can pause withdrawals, delist assets or fail. Stablecoins can lose their peg.
• Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.
• Be alert to scams. We will never ask you to deposit funds, pay a fee to "unlock" a withdrawal, share a seed phrase or install remote-access software.

Who runs this

CC Autopilot is a free, non-commercial hobby project by bonebreakerxyz. It sells nothing, shows no ads and uses no partner or referral links. Tips on Ko-fi are voluntary and unlock nothing.
